Every fully custom order includes a comprehensive design session with Emily, our lead designer. Conducted virtually or in person, this session is your opportunity to collaborate directly — we’ll discuss inspiration, creative direction, color palette, fabric selections, and any special elements you’d like to incorporate. If measurements are needed, they will be reviewed during this time as well.
